Refund and Returns Policy

1) At Believe Honey, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience. Once an order is placed and processed, we will cancel or refund it. when we will get the product returned same as it is we sent. The product should be without any damage. Once We receive the returned product, we will refund your amount within 7 days,However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


2) We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating. That’s why we strive to deliver your products within 4-5 days. In the event of any delay or default in delivery, we’ll keep you informed and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.


3) Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive damaged or incomplete items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and return the products with a written complaint to the delivery person. We’ll investigate the issue and do everything we can to replace the products or find a resolution that satisfies you.


4) If a refund is mutually agreed upon, we’ll refund the payment in the same mode as the customer’s original payment. If the payment was made through cash on delivery and the delivery person cannot return the payment, we’ll issue a cheque in the customer’s name. We’ll process the refund within 7 working days of mutual agreement.


5) While we hope you never have to cancel your order, we understand that situations can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it and issue any payments made as credits for future shopping. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or any transactions that violate our terms and conditions. In such cases, we’ll maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
